PsyAus Health is an online practice for adults across Australia. Every session runs live by video or phone, so you can join from home, work or your car. You choose your psychologist, counsellor or ADHD coach from their profile. Each session ends with a next step you agree on together, so you know what comes next.
With a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your usual GP, Medicare rebates may apply to up to 10 psychology sessions each calendar year. You can also book without a plan. Counselling, ADHD coaching and the ADHD and autism assessments do not attract a rebate. You get your fee in writing before you book.

Practitioners work with adults, by video or phone, on areas like:
Psychologist or counsellor sessions for stress, mood and change.
People often book a first session after weeks or months of noticing:
Constant worry
Poor sleep
Low mood
Short temper
Feeling stuck
Ends with a written report and next-step plan.
Many adults cope for years before they ask about ADHD or autism. You might notice:
Drifting focus
Draining social time
A restless mind
Sensory overload
Masking to keep up
Practical help with routines, time and follow-through.
An ADHD coach works on the practical side of daily life. It may help with:
Planning your week
Starting tasks
Keeping routines
Time blindness
Following through
Both formats give you a live session with a qualified practitioner. The main difference is where you sit. Here is how they compare, side by side.
Before you book, you can read each practitioner's profile. It lists their training, the areas they work in, how they run sessions and their next available times. Choose a psychologist, counsellor or ADHD coach, then book.

Yes. PsyAus Health is an online practice, so where you live does not change your options. You need a phone, or a device with a camera and internet, and a private space to talk for the session.
A psychologist is a registered health practitioner who can provide therapy and adult ADHD and autism assessments. Medicare rebates may apply to their sessions. A counsellor offers talk-based support for stress, grief and life changes. An ADHD coach helps with routines, planning and follow-through. Each profile lists the person's training, so you can choose who suits you. If you are unsure, send us a question.
