How the ADHD and autism assessments work

A psychologist runs both adult assessments. Each looks at how you think and cope, now and in childhood. You can have one, or both together.

An ADHD coach helps with routines and daily plans. A coach does not diagnose ADHD or autism. Not sure which fits you? Tell us what is going on and we will suggest a next step.
